After his rural Montana youth, Rob was awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Montana State University where he earned a Distinguished Honors degree in Philosophy, Religious Studies, and Women’s Studies. During college, he applied his Montana work to the building trades and gained mastery of several fields including concrete, timber work, log work, framing and casework. He continued to increase his acumen for a decade while working with some of the premier builders of Southwestern Montana before starting Constructive Solutions, Inc. in 1999. Rob has developed a sophisticated production model that delivers a high level of craftsmanship, building performance and value while maintaining focus on customer service.
Mindy DeCosse is a Bozeman native who grew up surrounded by the housing industry. The daughter of an interior designer and furniture store owner, Mindy began learning about home design and spacial layouts at an early age, which eventually lead to her continued education at Montana State University in the Architecture program. During this time, she also had the opportunity to learn through the outside world by participating in the National Student Exchange program to Keene State, as well as traveling on a 3-month tour to Western Europe. After graduation, Mindy worked for a local builder/developer, where she started as an entry level drafts person and worked her way to Project Manager. Mindy joined the CSI Team in 2013, where she currently works as an Assistant Project Administrator, as well the primary book-keeper.
Mike Wiseman began working professionally in architecture in 1997, and joined the CSI team 2010 and has been involved with projects ranging from small residential remodels to large Federal projects. The foundation of his experience in commercial and institutional projects. Along the way, Mike has worked on park planning, master planning, and running his own business. A deep appreciation for regionally sensitive and environmentally responsible design has driven much of his approach to architecture and planning.
Chelsie Fisher grew up learning about architecture through forts in the back yard, as well as world travel with her military family. Her high school years were spent exploring Japan as well as many other countries in the region. This gives her a unique perspective on space and functionality. After high school, she attended Montana State University where her curiosity for the built environment truly took hold. During this time, she worked for a local lumber yard learning about building materials and their real-world applications, as well as learning to manage a staff of 30+ employees. In her current position with Constructive Solutions, Chelsie is involved in all aspects of projects from schematic design through finished construction.
