This 25,500 square foot joint project between the City of Bozeman (Dowling Sandholm Architects) and Human Resource Development Council (Place Architecture)
Project cost was estimated at $2.4M including all alternates, and bid for $1.9M including alternates.
Construction consists of two pre-manufactured steel buildings connected by shared office and break facilities with provisions for a future phase for the City.
Rainwater collection for a vehicle wash bay, day lighting and a waste oil boiler heat system were some of the features of the design.
